Reservation
In writing by email or post. If the prices in the reservation confirmation differ (typographical or printing errors), the current daily prices always apply.
Arrival and departure
The rooms are available to our newly arriving guests from 3 p.m. You are welcome to store your luggage with us on the day of departure – enjoy the day. Please note that the rooms must be vacated by 9 a.m.
The booked rooms will be kept free for you until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Thereafter entitlement to the reserved rooms no longer applies. In the event of a later arrival, we ask our guests for a brief notification. In the event of early departure or late arrival, the price of the accommodation will be charged less the local tax. In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation conditions
Our cancellation conditions according to the AGBH (general conditions for the hotel industry): up to 1 month before arrival: free / 1 month – 1 week: 70% / 1 week: 100% of the booking price

We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to help you with this or you can have the premium calculated directly online and book the insurance via the following link

Surcharges
Local tax: will be charged separately.
Adults: Winter: € 3.00 / Summer: € 3.00 per day | Children up to 15 years free.
Final cleaning: once € 80 per apartment and stay
In Summer: Silvretta Premium Card € 6,00 per person and per day
Cot and highchair: free of charge
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Proprietor may rescind the a ccommodation agreement for objectively justified reasons by means of
a unilateral declaration by 56 days before the agreed date of arrival of the Party.
Info for smokers
Please understand that apartments are non-smoking areas. For smokers we have designated separate smoking areas in front of the house.
